Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any service on jkbd, you must be at least 21 years of age. We may request identity documents at any time to verify your age. Accounts belonging to underage users will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be returned.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If more than one account is found under the same person's name, all accounts will be cancelled and any bonuses earned will be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false information will be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in account cancellation. If your details change, notify our customer support immediately.

Account Management

3.1 Password & Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Use a strong password and do not share it with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately — via [email protected] or through live chat.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

We may request any of the following documents for identity verification at any time, particularly before processing a withdrawal request:

• National ID card (NID) or passport
• A recent utility bill or proof of address
• Documents verifying ownership of the payment method

Withdrawals may be delayed until KYC is completed. jkbd carries out this verification process in the interest of security.

3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

Transferring your account, balance, or any bonus to another person is strictly prohibited. Buying or selling accounts also falls under this prohibition.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Minimum Amount

jkbd supports the following payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Each withdrawal request is generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• If the wagering requirement of an active bonus has not been met, only real funds are eligible for withdrawal.

4.3 Transaction Security

jkbd uses SSL encryption for all financial transactions. Your financial information is stored with the highest level of security. If a suspicious transaction is detected, we may temporarily suspend the account and ask you to verify your identity.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jkbd offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳22,000 or more → Maximum ৳10,000 bonus → Total ৳32,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers are personal and non-transferable.
• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• jkbd reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled.
• Each promotion may have its own detailed terms — please read them carefully at the time of each offer.

5.4 VIP Program

jkbd has three VIP tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Reaching a higher tier depends on your gaming activity and loyalty. Cashback is added as a bonus and the same wagering requirements apply.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game has its own rules and payout structure. The game provider's rules are considered final. If an incorrect amount is credited or debited due to a technical error, jkbd reserves the right to make a correction.

6.2 Sports Betting

The following general rules apply to bets placed in the sports betting section:

• A bet cannot be cancelled once confirmed, unless the event is cancelled.
• If an event is fully cancelled, the wagered amount will be refunded.
• Official sources are used to determine results.

6.3 Technical Issues

jkbd is not responsible for loss of internet connection or other technical issues. If abnormal results occur due to a server error, jkbd reserves the right to void them.

Responsible Gaming

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account cancellation:

• Fraudulent use of the bonus system (bonus abuse)
• Placing bets using automated or bot software
• Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems
• Harassing or defrauding other members

If any such activity is detected, the associated account will be immediately closed, the balance will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

Content from third-party game providers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi is protected by their respective intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability

jkbd always strives to ensure uninterrupted service. However, the company will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• If service is disrupted due to technical faults, server issues, or internet outages
• If financial transactions are affected due to delays or errors by third-party payment providers
• If loss occurs as a result of the user's own negligence or sharing account credentials with others
• Due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, government directives, or cyber attacks

jkbd's total liability will in no case exceed the actual amount deposited by you during the relevant period.

Account Closure

12.1 Closure by You

You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team. Before closing your account, you must either complete the wagering requirements for all active bonuses or cancel them. Please withdraw your real money balance beforehand.

12.2 Closure by jkbd

jkbd may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms and conditions
• Fraud or suspicious activity
• KYC verification failure
• Legal or regulatory reasons

If an account is closed due to a violation of terms, the bonus balance will be forfeited. Real funds will generally be returned, subject to completion of any investigation.

Terms Updates

jkbd reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will send a notification to your registered email or post a notice on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published means you accept the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account.
